My products are for everyone to use. As long as you are old enough to make a purchase online, you can use my training programs and coaching plans.

Although you will receive the invoice immediately on your email, the turnaround time for products vary. While a phone consultation can be made possible the coming weekend, custom programs take time. I will be asking you a series of questions encompassing a variety of factors such as your health history, activity levels, current caloric consumption, etc. Whereas most plans are delivered within two weeks of receiving your questionnaire response, it could, in some instances, take upto a month. If you have certain dates in mind, kindly let me know.

If you follow the plan dilligently, it would be impossible to not see progress. My custom plans are carefully designed to elicit progress and to provide means to measure the same. Results are 100% guaranteed. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your plan, please send an email to rhitamdutta1996@gmail.com and I will do my best to address your concerns. Custom plans take a lot of time to make and are, therefore, exempt from refunds. There are a host of great training providers who do offer refunds and there is no pressure to purchase one of their plans if a refund is important to your decision-making process. I design programs keeping gym shutdowns in mind. Home-based substitutions would be included for you to swap when the gyms are closed.
